Meet your instructor: Steve Hauck
I’m Steve Hauck, owner and instructor at Practical Approach Training. I’m a retired Army Special Forces veteran, former Washington State CJTC Firearms Program Manager, and an active practical shooter.
My job is to help you understand your performance. I explain the concepts, demonstrate the work, and coach you through it. You leave knowing what to practice and how to keep improving on your own.
Isaiah
“Fantastic class, highly recommend. Steve explained concepts, demonstrated drills, and coached us through them all with individual feedback.”
Tyler French
Steve does a great job breaking down fundamentals in a way that actually makes sense and translates directly to better performance. The instruction was clear, direct, and focused on building solid habits rather than just running drills for the sake of it.
Joe Hotop
Steve is an amazing instructor! I scheduled a private session with him and it has already helped my competiton shooting a ton. He pointed out my deficiencies and gave me the tools to improve on them on my own. He's a successful competitive shooter himself - nobody better to learn from than someone who can practice what they preach. Will be taking more courses! I highly recommend!!
